4. Right to Modify, With Limits. You are permitted to adapt, remix, translate, redesign, reformat, and combine the Materials with other content, provided that:
   • All attribution and derivation disclosure requirements are met,
   • The use remains within the purpose restriction defined above, and
   • The adaptations do not misrepresent, distort, or materially undermine the ethical intent of the original Materials.
5. Ethical Integrity Requirement. No use or adaptation of the Materials may be made in a manner that diminishes, trivializes, or contradicts the principles of animal rights and vegan advocacy.
6. Termination for Breach. Any failure to comply with the terms of this license automatically and immediately terminates your permission to use the Materials. Upon termination, you must cease all use, distribution, and display of the Materials and any derivative works based on them.
7. Reservation of Rights. All rights not expressly granted in this license are reserved by vBriefings.
8. No Warranty. The Materials are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
9. Governing Law. This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
